Research on glioblastoma is exploring various therapeutic approaches, including immunotherapy, biomaterial strategies, and nanoparticle-based treatments. Studies are also investigating the tumor microenvironment and the role of different cell types in glioblastoma progression and resistance to treatment. New frameworks and models, such as organ-on-chip alternatives, are being developed to better understand glioblastoma and overcome its multidimensional resistance.
