Research on antibody-drug conjugates, including those targeting TROP2, continues to show potential in various types of cancer. The withdrawal of an ADC has not entirely diminished the prospects for TROP2 targeting in bladder cancer. However, the broader context of ADC research and its applications in other cancers, such as endometrial and non-small cell lung cancer, is also being explored.
