A flooded farm in southern China's Guangxi has resulted in the escape of hundreds of snakes, with some reports suggesting up to 900 snakes, including venomous species, are now loose. The flooding, possibly caused by Typhoon Maysak, has led to the snakes entering a nearby village, where some villagers have been bitten.
