A building in Midtown Manhattan has been evacuated due to buckling columns or beams found at a construction site. Photos have been released showing the inside of the 21st floor of the affected high-rise, which remains unstable and poses a possible collapse risk. The evacuation of nearby buildings has also taken place as a precaution.
