A Manhattan high-rise is reportedly unstable due to buckling columns, prompting evacuations of nearby buildings. Photos have been released showing the inside of the 21st floor of the affected building. The extent of the damage and the risk of collapse are unclear, with officials warning of a possible collapse, specifically a "localized collapse", and buildings in the area having been evacuated.
