A recent poll has examined patterns of belief regarding common vaccine myths and the sources people use for health information. The poll found that people without a trusted healthcare provider, as well as those who frequently use social media or artificial intelligence for health information, are more likely to endorse vaccine myths. It also appears that around three in ten adults turn to social media or AI for health advice, often citing difficulties accessing and affording care.
