PM Modi makes big claims about Pakistan's nuclear weapons a day after Congress leader's remarks

Prime Minister Modi said that Pakistan’s economic situation is so bad that he wants to sell it nuclear weapons.

Kandhamal, Orissa:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar’s comment that “Pakistan has an atomic bomb” and accused his party of “finding ways” to scare people, adding: “Oi maare pade log, desh ke man ko bhi maar rahe hain.” (These people are effectively dead and trying to kill the soul of the country).

In an April 15 interview with Chill Pir Aiyar, Aiyar said, “India should enter into dialogue with Pakistan because Pakistan is a ‘respected country’ that also has an atomic bomb.” Ta.

Speaking at a public rally in Kandhamal, Odisha, Prime Minister Modi harshly criticized Pakistan’s economy, saying that “this country has an atomic bomb” and was looking for someone to sell it, but that the “quality is… He said he couldn’t sell it because it was “bad.”

“A lot of times Congress tries to scare our own country. “Sambhar ke chalo pakistan ke paas, atomic bomb hai. Ye paderog, desh ke man ko bhi maar rahe hain.. They are talking about bombs in Pakistan, but the situation in Pakistan is that they don’t know how to store the bombs, and they are looking for someone to sell them the bombs, but no one wants to buy them because people know about their quality. ” he said. the Prime Minister said.

He further alleged that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have been subjected to terrorism for 60 years because of the Congress.

“Due to this attitude of the Congress, the people of Jammu and Kashmir have faced terrorism for 60 years and the country has witnessed several terrorist attacks. We will not forget. They did not dare to open an investigation.”After the 26/11 attacks, people in the INDI alliance voted for their votes because they did not have the courage to take action against the terrorists involved in the attacks. “I thought banks would be affected,” he said.

Prime Minister Modi said India is determined to see the NDA cross the 400 mark in the Sabah elections.

“India is determined that the NDA crosses the 400 mark (in Sabah). People in Congress should note that they have decided that India will not have the necessary seats as an opposition party on June 4.” The number of seats will be limited to less than 50 seats,” he said.

The Prime Minister further asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party will form a twin government in Odisha.

“For the first time, Odisha will have a twin-engine government,” he said.

Remarks by Mani Shankar Aiyar

Aiyar said there has been no effort from India to reach out to Pakistan in the last 10 years.

“They are also a sovereign nation (Pakistan). They are a respected nation. You can have a tough talk with them (Pakistan). But let’s start a dialogue. What do you gain by walking around with guns? No. Tensions are rising. What will happen to the country if a crazy person comes there? They have an atomic bomb, but if a crazy person detonates it at the Lahore base, its radiation. Noh will reach Amritsar,” Aiyar said.

He added: “So the use of the atomic bomb should be prevented. But if you start a dialogue with them (Pakistan) and encourage them (to think that way), they will You should start thinking about the atomic bomb. But if you snort, then some crazy person will come and detonate the bomb. So what will happen?”

The assembly and Sabah elections in Odisha will be held in four phases from May 13 to June 1, with counting of votes scheduled for June 4.

In the 2019 assembly elections, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) won 112 out of 146 seats, followed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with 23 seats and the Congress with nine seats.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) won a majority of seats in the state, but the BJP and Congress trailed behind. The BJD won 12 seats, the BJP came a close second with eight seats, and the Congress won just one seat.
