IRDAI asks insurers to submit data for Index of Service Production
The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) directed insurers to submit data on premiums, claims and investments for compiling the Index of Service Production (ISP). IRDAI said the details are needed to facilitate the data requirements of the Union Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, which is preparing the ISP to measure services-sector output.
