Government expects EU FTA and India-Canada talks to conclude by year-end
The government said it expects the European Union to sign a free trade agreement and the India-Canada negotiations to be completed by year-end. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will travel to the United States at the end of September, where he is likely to hold a bilateral meeting with his US counterpart on trade issues, including the delayed interim trade agreement announced in February.
