S&P raises India's FY27 growth forecast to 7%
S&P Global Ratings raised its GDP growth forecast for India for FY27 to 7% from 6.6%, citing robust industrial activity, healthy consumption, strong goods exports and accelerating government investment that pushed June-quarter growth above its earlier expectations. The agency also said it expects the Reserve Bank of India to raise interest rates.
