At the concluding session of the 14th BRICS Science and Technology Ministerial meeting held under India’s chairmanship, Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh announced that the ‘Chennai Declaration’ was adopted by consensus. The declaration reaffirms the BRICS commitment to building an effective, resilient and future-ready framework for science, technology and innovation.
