India's Index of Industrial Production (IIP) grew 7.3% in June 2026, its fastest pace in about 23 months. The pick-up was led by strong performances across manufacturing, electricity, capital goods and consumer-facing sectors, pointing to broad-based strength in factory output and a near two-year peak for industrial activity.
